    Start the right pathway

    Choose the relevant child or adult ASD or ADHD pathway from the patient record.

    A structured checklist keeps every source and clinical stage visible.

    Add pre-assessment evidence

    Upload referral letters, questionnaires, school information and developmental history documents to their matching steps.

    Evidence is organised before the interview and available for structured extraction.
